I have noticed that most people blog about their family lives... What their kids did... To who... How, when why.... Its an interesting concept with a life so full that you feel the need to publish it to the world, the great technological yonder....
I imagine mothers sitting at home, the smell of fish-fingers wafting into the study, tapping away at the computer as the kids have their daily nap...
But you have to wonder, if they feel the explicit need to share their beautiful life with the rest of the world, is it that full? Or is there still a need for something more? A little more company and adult interaction...

To a New Blog!
I always feel that a new something needs a little bit of celebration, be it a new car or house (a lot of celebrating), a new addition to the family (a different type of celebrating) or a new pair of shoes, a new mixer, a new chocolate or a new set of pans. They all deserve a level of celebration.
So here is to my New Blog.... May it go well and smoothly. May it be there to accompany this year, and do everything my old Blog was destined for and more....
Here's to living life, life full of passion, full of joy and full of exuberance.
Because life is full of ups and downs, full of sadness, despair and disappointments. But this life is going to be one dedicated to getting over the mountains of grief and despair, having tequila with the lemons and chocolate with the heartache.
Here's to reading recipe books after a hard day, drinking Moet with friends, laughing and riding that magical horse to make everything feel better.
Here is a toast to life... Let's not take it too seriously... No one makes it out alive.
Cheers!
